Founded in 1861, Edinburgh Photographic Society (EPS) welcomes all who share an interest in photography – from the complete beginner to the most skilled photographer.  

We have a full annual programme of lectures, demonstrations and club competitions to challenge and improve your skills. Meetings are held in our premises in the Edinburgh New Town and most meetings are also streamed to members on Zoom. 

We have an active community of members from outside Edinburgh and welcome photographers from anywhere in the world as members. Most members use digital cameras but we also have an active group of film photographers, who use our darkroom facilities.
