 The King of Kelvingrove1 viewsA portrait of the great Harry Benson, who I photographed on the day of the press preview of his exhibition at Kelvingrove Museum. Harry and his wife, Gigi, were kind enough to invite me along to the event and I took this shot after the press snappers had all gone. Given he is a son of Glasgow who has spent much of his career photographing celebrities in America, the background seemed to work. Certainly, that was why I went for it.Jul 08, 2008
